Well the reason for my new diet and fitness regime is due to me being fed up of having this mushroom cloud hanging over the top of my pants!
I used to think that playing football twice a week was enough regardless of what food I was eating!

But im glad to say I have finally joined a gym and found a really good workout, which I feel is beginning to show results after just 3-4 weeks.

So I thought I would join this website (as recommended by friend) to keep track of my new diet and get a few tips off people!

Well I normally do an hour at least, straight after work. Some days weights, some days Cardio. I try to do other things like Badminton (which im crap at) and football(soccer) I have just started my diet today and i am trying to lower the amount of simple carbs like white bread ha ha (just try and have wholemeal if you can!)
Basically keep as active as you can!!

Getting into Jogging
Don't take any notice of your so called friend!
If you can, why don't you start off running some place with not alot of people about? (if thats at all possible) if not stick a hat on whack some earphones in and stick on some good music then get out there and run! (the music should help distract you from any running snobs!)
They all started out in the same place!

Good luck!
