Ok, I guess I'm not going to try doing the jello fluff recipe with sugar free cool whip. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that each serving is 3 carbs, and a serving is 2 tbs. That didn't mean much to me until I read that an 8 oz container has 20 servings in it! 20!! Heck, I used to use 1 quarter of a container on my bowl of strawberries because I thought it was a "healthy" dessert. Ha! Looks like my kids can dip their cookies in it for a treat, because I'm not touching the stuff. LOL

I made the jello fluff recipe from Linda's low carb website last night. I used cherry jello. It was really good! It tasted like a cross between cheesecake and a mousse. Next time I want to try lime or lemon. I also found sugar free cool whip at Walmart the other day, I wonder if I could use it the same way? I'll let you know!

I started drinking half my body weight in ounces of water yesterday. It comes out to about 9 oz every hour I'm awake. I can do that. If I try to gulp too much water at once, I get nauseous. It must be doing something, because I'm down a pound and a half from yesterday. Yay!
