Yesterday, I weighed in at 185, had to do a colonoscopy so did a clear diet. Monday had a couple cocktails and a couple glasses of wine....know it was naughty, but did it anyhow.
Was on clear diet and laxatives yesterday, and lost all the stuff I put on...had a zero carb day. Today I went to Bob Evans for breakfast, had a bit of home fries and a half slice of rye toast....LOL I was flippin starving.
Crux of things is my insurance paid for it, I'm clean and clear, (literally)...and don't have to do this for another 8 years, gives me great peace of mind that I'll be looking good on the outside and the inside too.
