Now we're rolling!
Realized yesterday that there is not much exercise involved in working at a desk al day- computer work and answering the phone a million times a day not really conducive to burning fat or toning muscle.
I now have a 10# dumbell next to my desk- probably not as effective as going to the gym but I can get in several sets of bicep & tricep curls during my work day and that HAS to be better than nothing.
GO ME!

I have never struggled with weight...until recently. About 5 years ago I had my gall bladder removed-shortly after that, a complete hystorectomy. Since then, it's been really easy to pack on the pounds and in that 5 years I went from 124# to 179#. I am currently at 165#. I would like to see my weight back around wsdq but more than that I need to drop some major body fat! I have always had the cellulite on hips & thighs but now it's on my arms & abdomen! I am hoping this site will help me to be more aware of what I'm putting in my mouth as well as help keep me motivated to ride my new bicycle!! Looking forward to chatting with ya'll!!
