I am a wife to my best friend and a mother of two beautiful boys! I gained a TON of weight with my first borns pregnancy over 8 years ago. It took me 4 years to get the weight off, and then I found out I was pregnant with our second son! (back to square one with the weight) ...he is now two years old and I can no longer use the excuse 'I just had a baby' to hide behind my weight and my lack of being a healthier individual. Time to change!!
