I have been calorie counting and eating avoiding processed food for about two weeks now. I started meal prepping too. I found that if the food I prep makes me excited then I don't get bored of it. Its been an interesting two weeks.

I tried my first green smoothie yesterday. I was expecting it to taste as disgusting as it looked.To my surprise it was actually good. I think next time I'll swap the kale for spinach. I don't think I will ever like kale; its aweful.

Between today and my last weight, I had a baby and I ate way too much during my pregnancy. So here I am trying to lose weight again. Gonna get it right this time!!!
