I officially went back on the Atkins WOE on 3/12/12.. My brothers B-day. I want to actually stick with it and lose all of my weight. I have lost six pounds so far. Water Weight but I will take it.

Getting frustrated. I havent lost any more weight this week, but I have followed 100%. I am going to stop weighing myself for a while. I think I have a lot of stress going on right now and that could be affecting me. My keto sticks are still good so I know I am following it the way I should. I dont have any sauces or hidden sugars that I can think of. I will most likely go off plan on Thursday for my B-day dinner with hubby but otherwise I have been very good. I think that I just have to relax and stop worrying so much. Hope everyone is doing great out there.
