Hey! I am feeling great this week! I feel like I'm really keeping myself on track. And thank you to Amy, my best friend for giving me the idea to start a binder for my own visual cues for success! It's really helping me visualize my goal, one day at a time. I love it! At this rate, I will be at my short term goal of 160 by valentines day, easy! Have a great day everyone! Happy losing!
