changeing diets
I did weightwatchers three different times thru the years and finally admitted to myself that it did not work for me. I never got rid of the sweet cravings. You might want to get the newest Atkin's book, "The New Atkins for a New You." You will find it has changed from the old diet. I think it is a lot healthier. Not trying to convert you though. Weightwatchers works for some, just not me. Good luck.

Logging Food
Thanks guys, I knew there must be a way to add something like that. Now I know.

Logging Food
I can't always find the low carb foods I have eaten on here. What do you do about logging that? I made biscuits with my carbquik and had one with a sausage patty. Can't find anything to compare with carbquik. Also they don't have sugar free sherbet only fat free. I try to find the closest thing but sometimes I can't.

Mims
Thanks to you guys, I discovered MIMS. Boy this is great. I was having a real problem getting in all my fiber and all the problems that come with that! Made a MIM last night, sliced it up and had with cream cheese for breakfast today.I will be making them a lot of different ways such as hamburger buns etc. Thanks guys. You are so helpful and supportive. Ethel

Fiber
I am pretty new at this so I need a little help. Is there anywhere on here that breaks down how much fiber you are getting when you log your food each day? Thanks for the help.
