Beginning 360 min of cardio each week. AM gym workout:
Crossfit - 50 reps of each, with 30 seconds of jumping rope between each exercise: Leg levers, situps with 6 lb ball,leg lifts, pushups, pullups, squats, walking lunges, mountain climbers.
EFX - 10 min on level 9 to make 60 min of cardio
