Ate humus, extra protein, lots of salt., three pieces of chocolate. Today will be a program day. If no loss, tomorrow will do an apple day. I'm bored, feel resentful, I'm cheating, and I'm not losing. I really want to lose weight and I'm glad I have lost 9 lbs. I want to lose another 10.
