I've started losing weight again after about a month of little ups and downs. I'm excited to be entering the new year under 200 lbs, with a little luck maybe even in the 180's! The funeral is wed for my husband's uncle and this is going to be a very stressful week. I am going to try my best not to let the emotion make me eat but when you're traveling 6+ hours each day it's not easy to eat right. I bought a bunch of bottled water for the trip and borrowing my niece's DS to keep my hands busy.

This is going to be a rough week. My husband's uncle passed away unexpectedly on Friday and we have to drive to Calgary and back in 2 days. Talk about STRESS!!!
