Rough night last night. Went to a dinner concert for my daughter. They served breaded chicken, corn, coleslaw, bread, brownies, and lemonade. Being on a LCHF diet I decided with only two weeks in I wasn't ready to try a cheat day so I just had the chicken. I tore all the skin with the breading off while people looked at me like I was an idiot. I really felt dmb sitting there picking my food apart like a child, however once I got home I felt good about my decision. I made myself fish in butter once I was home because I was so hungry. Next time I think I will make myself a dinner to bring or else eat before I even go. Absolute worst things about this diet is that I can't have bread and haven't found a recipe that I like yet, and that I can't have orange juice... I LOVE OJ... I miss it. I started "dieting" 3 weeks ago but switched to the LCHF menu 2 weeks ago. Seems to be going well so far.
