I need to bring in the dreaded e word to see better results, yess my friends exercise, even if it is only walking at least 30min a day ..... Best for this week all my friends, lets see what this week olds in for us.....

Good Morning All, I was a bit scared to get on the scale this morning as I had my shark week the past week, with that said my son came to visit and temptation was high with doughnuts and Chocolate cake in the kitchen, but my friend I can honestly say I did not touch it. I am sooooo happy I did not touch anything, lol lets see what the next week have in store for us......

I am happy with this loss, but I know I could have done better. My downfall this week is my coffee consumption and even worse I drink cremora in my coffee, this weeks goal is less creamer more water.
