Last 2 days were accidentally a low and high day. Thursday I planned for a 30 point day but it got so late with taking my kids to basketball practice, cooking them dinner, homework, reading and bedtime. By the time I was ready for my dinner it was 9 pm so I bailed on it. Next day, my husband came home, after being gone a week. We went to our favorite Italian place. He cooperated and had 1/2 my beer (a local red IPA). We shared a salad and 1/2 a thin crust pizza. I even had a dessert - chocolate tart. I didn't really over eat but I'm getting the feeling I could stop sooner if I want to and still be satisfied. I'm going to pay more attention and try to notice when I feel satisfied. Also, scary how many pts pizza is - 8 pts a slice for thin crust
