Do you have any Intermittent Fasting tips?
I'm with the cut out a meal, I replace it with a 190 cal protein shake (dinner). I work out early in the morning as well and dinner is the easiest one to replace with a shake for me.

7 NEW RULES for the Gym
I take exception to those cracking on people walking on treadmills at 2.5. If you haven't walked a mile in their shoes, don't judge. There may be many reasons. At least they are making the effort. This is why I won't go to a gym. I got my own workout room and can walk as slowly as I want. Warm up/cool down is, in fact, in the slow range.

Anyone out there on low sodium diet?
I was told that my kidneys are at a low functioning level and that I had to change my total diet to no or low sodium immediately. Which I did but could use some help and/or advice on how to coop. Anyone out there with similar situation?
