hello everyone! been a long time. I'm actually on another app. my doctors have started Wegovy shot for me. I'm down over 26 lbs. I eat protein to make me feel full. best of luck to all! all my best!

starting again with one little change. this time my doctor has prescribed me Wegovy. today was my first injection. I need all the help I can get.

This mornings weight at home was a loss of 6 pounds. I'm heading in the right direction again. I think that the alli is helping me.
