can anyone help I had dinner a cheddar a half of an 8oz. sirloin steak I don't remember the calories but can't find it. and some cole slaw. I want to put it in but I'm lost again. sorry everyone 😔

hi everyone! I don't know how to change something that is already put into the system here. I decided that today would be my cheat day do I ordered jerseys Mike's, but I didn't eat the entire regular sub and chips. but it only let's you put in for the whole regular. so tomorrow when I have the other half which I guess would consist of another cheat day I will again get all calories for the entire sub. does anyone know how to change this? thanks and hope everyone is doing well 😊

I do my weigh-in tomorrow, but I'm happy that I got my exercise bike today!! 😃😃 I couldn't wait to get on and finally I was able to. hope everyone is doing well 💗
