My office has been on lockdown since 9AM this morning because there is a crazy guy who shot out the windows in the building across the parking lot. In terms of food... the only things available are vending machine items and left over pizza in the fridge from a different department.
I know this probably sounds like an outlandish made up excuse to eat junk... but its on the landing page of the OC Register!
I'm going to need to work out extra hard tonight!

I didn't exercise today as planned (shamed on me, I know!) but it's nice to take a day off!
I ate fairly well, except my sweet tooth kicked in and I had 6 pieces of Starbursts today.
For my job well done for the last week, I rewarded myself with a bottle of beer. I forgot how much I liked Stella!
Anyhow, now I will be getting ready for bed.
