Ugh!! Frustrated. I started a new exercise program and I dropped a lot of weight the first week but seem to be at a standstill the last 2 weeks. I am watching what I eat, measuring portions, exercise a minimum of 45 minute, but this fat is stubborn!!!!

It was a rough weekend of eating with Brian's birthday. Time to get back on track. I am starting to see a difference in my hips and thighs from the exercise program. They are feeling firmer and my jeans are starting to loosen a little. Now if I can work back into my size 8 that would be good, size 6 would be better!

Well, I guess the starter diet worked. I didn't think it was possible, but I stuck to it and I lost 8 pounds in 6 days. Now to keep us the good work, hopefully 1.5 lbs a week until I get to my goal weight of 130 lbs.
