I can't seem to get motivated to work out. I know that I feel great after i work out, but I want to sleep in the morning and I'm too tired and exhausted from work to work out when I get home, not to mention there are too many demands on my time once I get home from work.
How do I get motivated to get up early and work out?? I have to figure something out b/c I just feel miserable and I really want to be in shape!!
Maybe small goals and a treat of some sort at the end of the week...??? That might actually work for my whole family...
Well, I'll try that and see if it works!

Holy cow...had a shamrock shake from McDonald's after dancing all night and didn't realize how many calories and fat is in it...won't make that mistake again!!
The only good thing is that I danced for 2+ hours straight, so I probably already worked off those calories!
