I actually started Phase I on Sunday night (it is now Wednesday morning) - beginning weight was 64.3 kg (142 lbs), and am now at 63 kg (138.6 lbs). I had hoped to lose 6.3 kg (14 lbs) by the end of Phase I so I still have some way to go...but this is a very positive start indeed!
I am trying to keep at it one day at a time - the food's not the hard bit, it's the drinking that I'm worried about as I enjoy going out a lot. Was pretty proud of myself as I was at the pub last night for an hour and stuck to Perrier the whole time.
