Yesterday, did a 10 minute workout incorporating squats, upper body isometric, (3) weight routines for arms, and inclined push ups. The work out is a modified version of my original wellness program because of surgery. I was tired but satisfied that I am getting into a routine. This morning I did an early treadmill increasing speed to 2.5 - 2.6 mph. Blood sugars and BP are slowly coming back in line. I have a long way to go to get back to Spring 2012 but looking forward to the journey.

Day five, missed updating for the past couple of days. I had a dentist appointment Wednesday morning followed by taking my Pathfinder in to recharge A/C. Everyone needs a recharge occasionally. I have increased my treadmill up to 2.5 mph and 25 minutes. Hopefully later today I will add a strength workout and get my torso muscles back in shape. Can't over do as surgery was only three weeks ago.

Second day back to FS. Wellness plan is starting okay, exercise is limited due to recovery from surgery but I am increasing on a daily basis. I hope to add some strength work out tomorrow. My objective is to get healthy if I drop weight that is okay but need to get healthy. I will no next step in recover after next doctor appointment, May 30th.

I have had medical issues for nearly a year and just had major surgery a couple of weeks ago. Slowly getting back on my feet and eating healthy again.
