no wonder i feel like crap today! I finally got a chance to enter in what I've eaten so far, and wow....I've had almost no protein. At least it's not too late to fix that problem.

I need to make this promise to myself: I will be more dedicated to my weight loss efforts. I will no longer skip entering my weight because it went up. I will consistently enter in ALL foods that I eat no matter how poor my food choices are. I am gaining weight again because I am not doing things right. This is the best tool I have and I must use it. Failing is no longer an option. I choose to be better...for myself, my kids, and my family.
