yesterday was gym day. always inspirational to see other people showing love to their own bodies. i Guarentee you wont get judged in the gym. you have earned respect just by showing up.

half haggis with tatties and neeps and purple brussel sprouts. half haggis is 450 kcal so with oil and second helpings i was about 1200 kcal for this my one and only meal of the day.
