it has been 430 days since my last confession. i forgive myself. i love my body and love what it allows me to do. i have been running 5k and doing cicuits and yoga. i am now training my social muscles and will achieve a magnetic personality (like an unselfconcious child). goodbye limiting beliefs and embarrassment.

nice walk in woodland an full english cream tea in hotel. i dont actually like anything about this food in english monstrosity of a tradition but only the georgian hotel , sofa, country views, log fire, conversation ok. 2700 kcal and zero nutrition. back to my beloved veg tomorrow.

breakfast 280 kcal omlette with celery, garlic, spinach, cheese. my greek 5 course dinner was spectacular, including a whole squid stuffed with peppers and feta. 2800 kcal for today.

total 626 kcal precisely. 300g sprouts 123 kcal, 50g cheese 208 kcal, 200g ratatouille 128 kcal , 100g beef 187 kcal. i needed a big breakfast but few carbs.
