Second day on Atkins:) I'm a wife and mother of 2 adult kids who are still trying to find themself. It is so hard not having control of them! (my down fall LOL, they did not come with instructions)so letting go (OMG!) is hard.
So i am trying to get myself in line for a change. Starting with my weight. I've done most of the diets out there so i thought what the heck lets try this one! NO really will be putting 100 percent into this my weight can't go anywhere but down. Hubby is behind me all the way. So with his love and help i know i can do this!
