Feeling good today, just been for a relaxing 30 min slow walk. Came home and had a nice chicken and salad roll. I feels so good to be back on track going in the right direction.
Now to try and not fall off again, which I find difficult but slowly learning as each time I fall off I get back up much quicker than before.

I am happy, I have just weighed myself and I have lost 0.5 since Thursday which I am pleased with as I have tried to keep on track and eat properly.
I have been eating clean with no added sugar.
I was going to do LCHF but am unsure of all the fat.
I am a little sore from my PT session on Thursday but okay, I went for a short walk yesterday and will go for one later.
I am so glad I made the decision to get of my backside and do something about getting fit.
I am happy with the weight loss as I did put on a few kilos over the last 3 weeks I was not following my eating properly. I was 116.5 on Thursday.

I have just got back from doing my first ever PT session.
I am feeling tired now but I am proud of what I could do.
My eating has been good today, I am back to eating properly.
I made a smoothie for breakie today.

Hello to all my buddies.
This week is a little better than last, I am not as stressed.
The weight is still not shifting but I am okay with that as my eating has bern a bit erratic. I have a sore back snd can't exercise much. It is a old injury playing up. I am trying to keep my eating more stable this week.

Having a rough few days and lost my mojo as I have had the grandson 4 times this week and are extremely tired.
I have gained a little but are trying to get back on track.
I am interested in finding out about low carb dieting does anyone have any info.
