I have just rejoined again after a long break and regaining again. I have lots of Health issues and need to get ride of this excess baggage. I have 5 grandchildren now and I would like to be around for a lot of years yet.

I am back after a absence. I need to get my life in order and lose this excess baggage once abd for all. I need to do this for my health and my bad back and arthritic knees.
I also want to see my Grandchildren grow up as I have 4 now.
