This week I started exercising regularly and clean eating. No processed foods. I also drank nothing but water other than one cup of coffee in the morning or one cup of organic green tea. To sweeten up the coffee or tea I use SWEETLEAF sweetner. I also cut out "Whites". No dairy, bread, potatoes or pasta. I havae oatmeal and fruit most mornings or a veggie filled egg white omelet for breakfast. Lunch is a mostly green salad with a turkey/lettuce roll-up. Dinner is mostly veggies and some protein. Tons of water and I may have a snack of old-fashioned popcorn popped with olive oil and half an apple or a cup of sugar free jello. I lost over 3lbs this week. All while it was that time of the month for a girl. Excited to keep on this journey. I even had a free day on last Saturday due to a banquet. I did it all in moderation though. so far so good.
