I started a new journey on Sunday April 22, 2012. After being sick for 5 days with an IBS episode and weeks of bad eating habits. I began the "No White", no soda or juice regimen. I started at 222 and 6 days later I am at 217.1lbs. I am planning on allowing myself to have one day where I am eating a little loser but not full-blown. I have been exercising at least 45min a day. I am doing both cardio and strength training.
