Well a 3.2lb weight gain over 2 weeks of being sick and not working out and a holiday I guess isn't the end of the world..... But....getting back on track!! Can't give up over a slip up!!

I've had a rough last week....I've been sick and my diet this week has been embarrassing. So getting back on track and starting with my emotional purge ( pouring my heart out to all you people)... Then a physical purge: 15 minutes on my elliptical...
I know I can't be perfect the whole time, but for me this weight struggle is the hardest of my life. People without weight issues have no clue what this struggle is. These people say it's all about self control and discipline... And while these may be true, we all know it's not the whole story. It's an emotional journey, it's a life change, it's a physical hardship. Nobody wants to hurt...even if you feel good after...we are mentally apposed to putting ourselves in harms way. Yet, every time I work out my my muscles burn, my lungs scream for me to stop, my heart is literally trying to jump out of my chest...and we are told it's a good hurt. NO...it sucks. But we do it because we want to hit our goals.
So to those out there who are going through the same struggle...you have my hugs, love, prayers and support!!

I promise I haven't gained weight! Just using a more reliable scale....want tone as accurate as possible!
