I have a silver sneakers and I can go to are local center, but what makes it hard for me is I am on oxygen.and right now it is just to hot and humid for me to walk, so I have been doing some exercise at home, but I would love to be able to swim or even get into the water, I am going to look into it and thank you for suggesting it.

I am 71, also, with several health problems, and I know us older people can lose weight, we may not be able to exercise like younger people, but we can give it a try.
