Made a bad choice with lunch today, Wendy's, ugh. Logging it was painful, but this will help me think of better choices in the future! Here's to week three-ish!

DAY 7!! Experts say that it takes 21 days to form a habit, and I have found it easy this week to record all the food and most of all the excercise each day. Hopefully I will not get bored or unmotivated this coming week. It is typical for me to go strong for about a week on a long project, and then start to slowly stop because I have not seen any results. I am the type of person who does 100 sit ups a day for a week, and expects instant results because that is how my body use to work. I think I just need a reality check!

Just made a VERY good decision. I was on my lunch break from work and was on my way to McDonald's to get a filet o-fish and medium fry (760 calories, 37gms of fat) but instead stopped at the grocery store and got a salmon lean cuisine, blackberries and blue berries and carrots (360 calories and 8.5gms of fat). This decision saved me 400 excess calories and 28.5gms of fat!!!!!!
