Started my life journey on july the 14th.My first weigh in should be every Tuesday because I want to weigh in once a week. Looking forward to it because I have worked as much as I can with my diet and exercise. I go back to the spine doc. the last of this month, then maybe I will be released so I can do more walking.

Even tho I am new at this , I have discovered that if I put one bite of sugary treet in my mouth seems like that only makes me crave sugar the rest of the day. so I thought I would share this so I got all unhealthy snacks out of the house. This seems to be the best solution for me. If anyone has any tips on sugar cravings, please feel free to tell me.

Just remember not to drop all your sodium. Today I had very bad cramps in my toes on my left foot,and I had no idea what was going on but then I remembered reading on here that cramps can be helped by eating a dill pickle. well I stumbled to the fridge and drank some, and sure enough it worked. Cramps went away.
