Last week my mile was 12:11 and today (drum roll) it was 11 mins 43 secs! yay! It was so much better and didn't even start breathing hard until the last half! I'm getting better at this, never thought I could. On to the 3rd day of 30 day shred next.

Today I am going to attempt the first level of the 30day shred by Jillian Michaels and my mile run/jog. I really hate the way trainers in the video talk so I'm gonna try to ignore it, I think its too over the top and it makes me feel like I'm not good enough.lol
Also going to clean out my sons room and add to the donations pile I have in the living room. Can't wait to get that stuff outta here. Then will probably go to the grocery store, we are out of everything, and make a good dinner.

So I fell off the wagon last week and didn't exercise like I should've either. Today is the 2nd day of August which is just as good as the first day so I'm getting back into the swing of healthy eating and exercising. The other day I got so frustrated about money and not having a job yet that I got on the treadmill and ran my mile the fastest I've ever done it. LOL It felt great though, I was mad and did something good for myself.
Today I want to do my jillian michaels video so I can feel good and sore later having working all those muscles. Also I want to run my mile, maybe a lazy mile today. Yesterday I had a great interview, even if I don't get the job I'm glad I did it and I'm gonna keep moving on thinking positive. I also almost had a job at a Bank this year but the company at the last minute decided to drop the position at that branch so bummer, not my fault. I think thats better progress than none though.

Trying to eat light today. Yesterday was feeling down, didn't exercise. Today I feel a little better and I actually got to sleep last night for the first time in 2 nights!
Agenda today is go to moms and get last load by myself, some in garage and in living room. Then get some laundry done and maybe start organizing at my house again. This will be the last time though because we are done with the house stuff.
