I'm a southern girl (who loves southern food!) and I'm completely changing my lifestyle! I've been eating unhealthy foods for years (junk food junkie) and I'm trying to do a 180 degree change in an effort to lose weight and be active again! I have three children and want to be around to watch them get married and have children! I'm fully aware of my triggers now and I'm learning to steer clear of them! I've learned that I'm a visual person and if I'm tempted to eat something bad for me, I just visualize where I want to be and it stops me in my tracks! Wishing ALL of us success! ;D
