Well, if you count all the weight I gained/lost during pregnancy... wow -- that's a shocker... here it is... started at 160, gained 60 (yes, I topped out at 220 headed to the hospital). Lost 75 by the time our son was 6 mo old. So .. here I am... flatlined on the weight loss.

I'm doing Adkins now to get me losing again... will do it for 6 weeks (unless I lose too much), then I will move to a protein w/veggies diet for 6 (still undecided), and then slowly bring back some other carbs (like a high fiber bread, for example).

You guys root for me, k?
