I have no idea what is going on. This is week 2 of phase 2 and i lost no weight this week. I only cheated once over the weekend. Don't know what else to do. I really need to lose this weight.

So I am currently on Phase 2 of this life style diet change. I have to say that I have been doing really good so far not cheated or done anything to throw off this weight loss. But I have to say today I did cheat, I'm not feeling well and couldn't get motivated to exercise. My daughter is teething so since wednesday I haven't gotten much sleep. I had to have a glass of wine tonight and I was bad this afternoon and had candy. I just couldn't stop the urge. Hopefully this won't hurt me. Back on track!!

So I weighed myself this morning and very proud of the results. I lost 5lbs in the detox phase. Now its time for phase 2. Hopefully I will do just as good and lose somemore weight. The only thing that puts me down is that I was unable to workout during phase 1, my daughter was sick and she just didn't want to be put down so mommy could workout. Hopefully this weekend will be better.

Well today is my last day of phase 1. It has been rough not being able to eat meat or bread products. I hope that this is going to be rewarding and i lose some weight. Can not wait for tommorrow when i can have a cup of coffee and eat some meat.
