Been an awful month especially this past week ane weekend. Had a family vacation planned, but several sicknesses cancelled that. That was probably a good thing and it definitely was not to be. Sister got C-Diff, brother a virus, and my sisters father-in-law and recently broken his hip and took a turn for the worse. Then my father-in-law got ill has had 2 hospitalizations since Saturday and scheduledfor gall bladder surgery today. Determined to start today to get back on track!!!

Water intake for the day is 64 ounces. Plus 1 cup of tea and a diet pepsi. Total of 10 hours sleep (5 hours last night, then 5 hours prior to working tonight).

July has been, and will be a hard month for me to follow and track my eating. I will work a total of 8 days this month, and even though I work night shift, it is much easier for me to eat right and exercise when I work and follow a structered pattern. Between my birthday, my husbamds birthday, and family gatherings, it is really hard. My heaviest weight was 340 pounds and so I have made my July goal to keep my weight under 290. So far I have done this.

New day, new start. Gained several pounds over that last 2 weeks, because
i haven't tracked and made bad choices (knowingly). Change starts today. Getting back on track.
