Recipe someone gave me. Tried. They're pretty good. Don't know their macros yet, going to calculate them now.

𝙰𝚜𝚒𝚊𝚗-𝚂𝚝𝚢𝚕𝚎 “𝙳𝚘𝚕𝚖𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜”
*VEGAN*
𝙸𝚗𝚐𝚛𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚜:
1 medium sized Napa cabbage
1 block Firm tofu ( I used impossible crumbles)
1 cup quinoa
1 medium zucchini
1 white onion
Dressing:
2 tablespoons sweet white miso
1 table spoon Liquid Aminos
Half a lime
1/2 table spoon rice wine vinaigrette
1 table spoon mirin
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 clove grated garlic
Grated ginger (to taste)
Sesame seeds

𝙸𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚞𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜:
✔️Blanch Napa cabbage leaves until tender (set aside)
✔️Pre-cook quinoa
✔️Dice zucchini, crumble tofu ( i used used impossible crumbles instead) and chop onions and sautée together with Liquid Aminos and sesame oil until thoroughly cooked
✔️Add cooked Quinoa
✔️Lay 2-3 Napa cabbage leaves and put 1 tablespoon of filling and roll
✔️Combine all ingredients for dressing (sesame oil should be added last)
✔️Drizzle dressing over dolmades and enjoy!
