I am blind so I am isolated alot in a very rural area. Struggling with depression and major isolation. After medical issues I never had before moving the the state of Georgia, USA and gaining weight. I am back at it again.

I now run a mico farm just to compensate for the area I am in for the horrible food choices, and my first love which is nature.

I am a ex hard core raw vegan( plant based diet) that just have never transitioned well to southern cooking, and all the unhealthy food they are used to consuming. Eating out was my undoing. I don't drink soda's and Not a big cookies, crackers, and chips kinda eater. Mine is sugars, and carbs in the form of bread or pasta. That is my goal is the leesen my intake of those.

I am doing a once a week 36-72 hour( tuesday night til thursday morning/midday) fast. rest of the week I am on 20/4 fasting

Constipation issues
I know for me water enemas are never out of the question, or epsom salt in water, magnesium really helps aid in my issues.

Ketogenic Diet and Bullet Proof Coffee
