I have been overweight my whole life. I am ready for a lifestyle change so I can do the things I enjoy like hiking. I set my goal at 160. I might be happy there or maybe go down to like 145 or 150. I'm 5'4".

Coffee Creamer
I use only a small amount of half and half, some sugar, and the rest vanilla almond milk (sweetened). Also, maybe limiting the amount of coffee you drink. I drink tea. I got one of those electric tea pots you keep on the counter for tea. I love it.
