Been looking into the DASH diet, need to tweak my diet. Is anyone doing/tried this diet? Is it hard to follow? Is the food cost high?

Yo-yoing again. Crapy sleep schedule and lots of studying. Trying to work out a schedule that will accommodate school, sleep, working out, eating good and house chores...ugh!
