Hi All! I'm a single male inspired to have my six pack back. I have no kids and this has always been a goal of mine. I graduated high school weighing 155lbs with height of 6"1. My goal then was to get to 200lbs. I have lifted and done sports since. I have reached that goal two years ago, but still did not have my six pack. Basically, I want to get ripped, and will be happy at 190 to pull this off. I am trying to synch my calorie intake as I do Insanity, weight lifting, swimming, basketball, and a mixture of exerciess. I realized my missing piece to get to that next level is having a full understanding of what I am eating....so thank you fatsecret :)

Goal Weight
I just started and apparently I am not smart enough to figure out how to change my goal weight. How do I do that? Seems like should be an easy task!
