Forgot to mention that I am a breast cancer survivor BUT have been on Arimidex for 2 1/2 years and it's causing awful hair loss. I'm going to a dermatologist next month to find out if that's the only cause.
I believe, because arimidex stops the estrogen production in my body that it also is making me gain weight. It seems impossible to lose weight. I am grateful I'm alive but hair loss and being fat isn't great either.
Anyone else have this problem?

I am pretty disgusted with myself but I'm not sure it's all my fault. Going to a dermatologist to find out what is causing my hair loss. I know it's because of the cancer meds but I want to see if there's any other things going on.
But going from 138 to 142 in such a short time, isn't good. I try to talk to myself with positive vibes hoping that would work. Positive thinking.
I'm adding some activity with Zumba but just not sure what is wrong with my diet. I'm trying to cut down on the carbs for sure.
