I got the munchies last night and went to town. I had mini goldfish, organic granola and organic gummy candy. Ever time I cheat with a carb related food, and not just go over on calories, I realize that the primal diet might be the real thing for me. Both my body and especially the scale record when I falter. It's depressing, but I think that if I really want to get healthy, whether that's losing more weight, or just becoming active and solid instead of jiggly---then I need to stick to it more.
So for the next few days, I'll be forgoing ANY kind of cheating and ANY meats. Saturday, will reevaluate.

Yesterday I had wine with dinner. Pork chops and spaghetti squash. Fruit leather also.

I have been doing this diet for a month now. I started at 192. So, it's working. :) I'm happy with it, cravings are down and there are lots of products and 'faux' foods that solve the psychological cravings.
