I'm a classic yo-yo dieter. I go between 140 and 110 lbs any given year. I overeat in the evenings and love carbs waaaay too much. My goal this time is to get the weight off and adapt a new healthy lifestyle. I tired of having 4 different sizes of clothes in my closet because I never know how much I'm going to weigh a few months from now...
My goals for now are simple:
No carbs after 3:00pm
No eating after 6:00 pm
Exercise vigorously at least 30 minutes 6 days a week
