Can't really tell what my average kcal per week have been this time around, as I've been on a trip from Friday till Sunday, and didn't cook for myself. Usually I try to guestimate what eating out once would mean in calories, but it really doesn't make sense to try for such a long time period.

2112 kcal/day this week. Bit higher than last week, but still reaping the benefits of that low calorie period here, obviously. Pretty stoked! Went clothes shopping this Saturday and went from a 38 inch jeans size to 32 inch, and T-shirt size from L to S. Woohoo!

1971 kcal/day average, and I'm back on track. Interesting to see how these data, taken together with me only losing about 100g per week the last three weeks at about 2350 kcal/day average, are in almost perfect accordance with the "500 kcal deficit/day for 500g weightloss/week" rule of thumb.
