3024 kcal/day average. Went a bit overboard there, probably due to some beers too many on Friday haha. Didn't show on the scales yet, but I was prepared to gain a bit of weight during my bulk, so it's all good.

2790 kcal/day average. I've been losing weight for about 8 months, and I've come a long way. I decided to give myself 3 months of a caloric surplus, in which I'll be going extra hard on the heavy lifting in the gym... a 'bulk', as they say. Bit of a change-up. I'll probably go back to losing weight after that to get shredded for summer, but giving myself a break from weightloss seems like a right step to take right now.
I'll keep you guys updated on my weight gain haha.

2491 kcal/day average... I purposefully bumped up my calories in an attempt to give my body enough energy to get rid of this god damn sinus infection... which didn't work. Made me gain some weight though, haha! Anyway, back in the gym now, let's see how the next few weeks develop.
